Analgesic efficacy of single- shot adductor canal block with levobupivacaine and dexmedetomidine in total knee arthroplasty: A randomized clinical trial

Background The goal of this study was to compare the analgesic efficacy dexmedetomidine and levobupivacaine in adductor canal block (ACB) total knee arthroplasty (TKA) patients, as well ambulation ability adverse effects.Methods Sixty ranging age from 18 60 years old with an ASA status I II, had unilateral TKA under spinal anesthesia.
